Registration Level 1 will allow you to book single-site jobs for your building and associated buildings.
Available from October 2018
Level 2 registration will allow you to simultaneously book multiple-site jobs for more than one building and also set them up to be recurring over a period of time.
Registration Level 3 is reserved for individuals who are already formally employed in positions of high responsibility for the care of buildings in their organisation e.g. DAC Secretary, District Property Secretary etc..
Organisations will normally be invited by the MaintenanceBooker team to identify the most appropriate individual for Super user access before a Super user registration request is made.
Super Users have the same powers as Level 1 and Level 2 users but in addition will be able to monitor all MaintenanceBooker activity and view all related reports concerning buildings in their organisation.
Super User registration requests are subject to high level security checks before authorisation can be granted.
Please note that only one person per Diocese/Circuit/organisation can be granted Super User access.
