- A basic service report to include which will include before and after photographs of the work undertaken.

MaintenancePlus/Follow on Repairs

- A more detailed service report to include: before and after photographs of the work undertaken; identification and photographic evidence of identified defects and recommendations on repairs required.
Please note: MaintenanceBooker suppliers who can deliver the Maintenance Plus service and/or Follow on Repair work will hold appropriate accreditation in health and safety and in some cases roofing/building works. It is highly recommended that consultation with your church's QI architect is sought prior to commencing with any follow on repairs.
