Did you know that the National Churches Trust is offering free MaintenanceBooker Website Workshops across England and Wales?
The sessions last about three hours and include:
- A live demonstration of the MaintenanceBooker website
- How to Register for MaintenanceBooker
- How to Request Quotes for different maintenance services
- Learn more about Church maintenance
- Learn what grants are available to help pay for services booked through MaintenanceBooker
- Answers to your questions about MaintenanceBooker
The workshop sessions include an optional “surgery element” so that you can bring along your own mobile device such as a laptop, tablet or mobile phone, and practise using MaintenanceBooker for yourself while receiving one to one guidance from the trainer.
Commenting on the recent website workshop hosted by the Diocese of Manchester, Heather Ford (Heritage & Archdeaconry Resources Adviser) said,
“Following the launch of MB across the North West, it was good to see parishes from across the Diocese attending our first Maintenance Booker training delivered by the National Churches Trust. The training was really helpful in providing those attending with an overview of the system and how it might help them with the maintenance of their church buildings. Navigating the website as part of the session worked really well to help attendees see how it worked, what information they needed to upload to generate a quote and what additional advice and information was available on the website.“
