Good news! The National Churches Trust’s Preventative Maintenance Micro-Grants are now available to help pay for the cost of a number of fabric maintenance services.
Previously these grants were reserved for Rainwater Goods Maintenance services, but they have been opened up and are now available to churches booking the following services through the MaintenanceBooker site:
- Rainwater Goods Maintenance
- Lightning Protection System Repairs
- Asbestos Removal
- Masonry repairs, lime mortaring and High Level Maintenance (from April 2019)
Grants of either £250 for services costing between £500 and £1000 - or - £500 for services costing over £1000 are available. Full details and how to apply can be found here: https://www.maintenancebooker.org.uk/support/grants.
Our other Grant programmes are in the process of being revised in line with the National Churches Trust strategy 2019-23, including our Foundation Grants of between £500 and £3,000 for maintenance repairs.
